Pay for shipping labels with USDT or USDC
Stablecoins are the easiest way to pay for postage in crypto. The price you see is the price you pay, with no Bitcoin price swings between the quote and the payment. BitPayPostage accepts USDT on Tron (TRC20) and Ethereum (ERC20), plus USDC, for USPS labels at commercial rates. You don't need a subscription or an account.

Supported stablecoins and networks
| Coin | Network | Notes |
| USDT | Tron (TRC20) | Usually the lowest network fee, a good fit for single labels |
| USDT | Ethereum (ERC20) | Higher gas fees, better suited to larger top-ups |
| USDC | Shown at checkout | Check the network on the payment screen before you send |
Always send on the network the invoice shows. USDT sent on Tron to an Ethereum invoice (or the other way around) can't be matched to your order automatically.
How it works
- Get a rate. Enter the addresses, weight and dimensions, then pick a USPS service.
- Choose USDT or USDC. Select the coin and network at checkout. The invoice shows the exact amount and address.
- Send the payment. The label is created as soon as the payment is detected on-chain.
- Print. Download the label as a 4×6 thermal, 8.5×11 letter or 2-per-page sticker sheet PDF.
Why pay for postage with stablecoins
- No volatility. A $9.40 label costs $9.40 in USDT, whatever Bitcoin did in the last ten minutes.
- Low fees on Tron. TRC20 transfers usually cost a fraction of an Ethereum transaction.
- No KYC for crypto checkout. Guest checkout asks only for the shipping details the carrier needs.
- Prepaid credit for volume. Top up an account once in USDT and print labels against the balance, with no invoice per label.
Prefer other coins? You can also pay with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, Monero or Zcash.
Minimums and fees
Crypto invoices have a $5 minimum because of payment-processor limits. Invoices include a small buffer to cover network and conversion fees, so a payment is never left a few cents short and stuck. For lots of small labels, topping up account credit once is the cheapest option.
Frequently asked questions
- Which USDT networks can I pay with?
- USDT on Tron (TRC20) and USDT on Ethereum (ERC20). Send on the same network the invoice shows. Funds sent on a different network can't be credited automatically.
- Can I pay with USDC?
- Yes. USDC is accepted at checkout and for account top-ups. The network is shown on the payment screen before you send.
- Which network is cheapest for small labels?
- USDT on Tron (TRC20) usually has the lowest network fee. Ethereum fees can be higher than the label itself on small orders.
- Is there a minimum payment?
- Crypto invoices have a $5 minimum. For cheaper labels, top up your account once and spend the credit across several labels.
- Why is the invoice slightly higher than the label price?
- Crypto invoices include a small buffer so network and conversion fees don't leave the payment short. That way the label is never held up waiting on a few cents.
