Buy USPS shipping labels with Bitcoin
USPS doesn't accept Bitcoin, but you can still pay for USPS postage with it. BitPayPostage buys your label from USPS at commercial rates and lets you pay us in BTC. You get a standard USPS label with full tracking, and you can print it in about a minute. There's no subscription, no monthly fee, and you don't need an account.

How to pay for USPS postage with Bitcoin
- Enter the addresses and package. Add the from and to addresses, the weight and the dimensions, or choose a Flat Rate box.
- Pick a USPS service. You'll see live commercial rates for every USPS service that fits the package.
- Pay in Bitcoin. Send BTC to the invoice address. The label is created once the payment is detected.
- Print and ship. Print the label on a 4×6 thermal printer, plain letter paper, or 2-per-page sticker sheets, then drop the package at any post office or schedule a USPS pickup.

What it costs
You pay the USPS commercial rate plus a small service fee, and that's it. There are no subscriptions, monthly minimums or setup costs. The biggest savings over the post office counter are on heavier Priority Mail packages and international shipments. Flat Rate boxes come out close to retail because USPS sets those prices itself.
Crypto invoices have a $5 minimum because of payment-processor limits. If you're shipping lots of small packages, add credit to an account in one payment and spend it label by label.
Why ship with Bitcoin
- No KYC for crypto checkout. Guest checkout asks only for the shipping details USPS needs.
- No card on file. Nothing to store, leak or charge back.
- Built for crypto-paid businesses. If your customers pay you in BTC, you can pay for shipping in BTC too, with no conversion step.
- Not limited to Bitcoin. You can also pay with USDT or USDC, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, Monero and other coins.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you buy USPS postage with Bitcoin?
- Not on usps.com, which only takes cards. BitPayPostage buys the label from USPS at commercial rates and lets you pay us in Bitcoin. The label you print is a standard USPS label with a normal tracking number.
- Is a label paid with Bitcoin a real USPS label?
- Yes. The label is purchased directly from USPS through our shipping platform. It scans, tracks and delivers exactly like a label bought at the post office. USPS never sees how you paid.
- Which USPS services can I buy?
- Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Ground Advantage, Flat Rate envelopes and boxes, and USPS international services including Priority Mail International.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can get a quote, pay in Bitcoin and print a single label as a guest. An account is optional and lets you keep order history and hold prepaid credit.
- Is there a minimum order when paying with Bitcoin?
- Crypto invoices have a $5 minimum because of payment-processor limits. For cheaper labels, add credit to your account in one payment and spend it across several labels.
- What happens if I don't use the label?
- Void it from your order history. Once USPS confirms the void, the refund is added to your account as credit. Same-day voids are refunded in full; voids after the label date may have a USPS fee deducted.
